Bell will Pick-up and Drop-off at hotels for customers who stay in the specified hotel only. If not staying in that hotel, we can not pick you up or drop you off.
We are sorry to say that we are not allowed to go into any hotel to pick-up or drop-off if you are not a customer of that hotel. We will not responsible for any liabilities if we can not go in to find you if you are not the guest of the hotel.
If your hotel is not in our pick-up and drop-off list, please board the coach at our office 10 minutes before departure time.
